As Weekend Agent, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless studio operations across the Rostudios network during the weekend. You serve as the first point of contact for on-call support, exercising sound judgement and independent decision-making to resolve issues swiftly, keeping our studios running smoothly and our teams supported.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Studio Assistant looking to take on greater responsibility and develop operational skills within a fast-growing international studio brand.
Responsibilities:
Be on-call during the weekend from Friday 17:00 until Sunday 22:00.
Actively respond to incoming calls and requests within the on-call window
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls during the on-call period
Handle communications professionally, representing the Rostudios brand with warmth and clarity
Efficiently resolve and administer swaps and emergencies for all teams, utilizing the Rostudios support playbook.
Actively look for cover for class cancellations, i.e. calling instructors from the team to see if they can last minute step in
Exercise independent judgement to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from Management to continuously strengthen decision-making
