The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and highly organized intern to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team at Rostudios HQ in Amsterdam. This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) built for someone who thrives behind the scenes, someone who finds satisfaction in keeping systems clean, processes running smoothly, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR (aprox. 30 hours) and recruitment (aprox.10 hours) administration. From maintaining employee data and managing profiles to supporting our HRIS and training platforms, you’ll also assist across the full recruitment cycle, from inbox management to candidate communication and feedback. Your work will directly contribute to the experience of every person who joins or applies to Rostudios.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition team daily, gaining hands-on experience with industry tools and real-world processes as Rostudios continues to grow across new brands and markets. Key Responsibilities
The goal of your internship is to learn how to take ownership of the following processes:
- Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of employees in HRIS.
- Employee Onboarding Completion Tracking: Monitor and report on training completion across all teams, proactively chasing outstanding items and giving leadership clear visibility into compliance and progress.
- Personio Profile Data Management: Own the ongoing upkeep of all employee profiles in HRIS, keeping contract details, role changes, and personal data accurate and up to date at all times.
- Regular Profile Audits & Quality Checks: Conduct recurring audits across employee profiles to identify and resolve missing or outdated information, ensuring our HR data remains a reliable source of truth.
- Training Plan Maintenance: Keep our training platform current by uploading new content, updating existing materials, and assigning training plans to new team members during onboarding.
- Recruitment Inbox Support: Support the Talent Acquisition team by triaging applications, and responding to candidate queries.
- Candidate Feedback & Communication: Ensure every candidate receives timely, professional, and on-brand feedback.
- Recruitment Template Management: Maintain and improve our library of recruitment templates.
- HRIS Automation Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to improve automations, reducing manual work and making our HR workflows more efficient as the team scales.
- General HR Administrative Support: Support the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks including drafting communications, preparing documents, and jumping in wherever needed as Rostudios continues to grow.
